Who handles your data?

Your enquiry
With your consent, I use your name, email, optional message and discovery answers to understand and respond to your enquiry. All discovery answers are optional. No newsletter subscription, automated decision or AI interpretation is created.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI Sites. Only my authorised account can access the enquiry workspace. Your email links separate enquiries to the same customer record. The submission date, language and consent notice version are recorded. The first enquiry requires your name and email; your message is optional. A separate optional discovery form is accessible through a personal link valid for up to 30 days. Anyone holding that link may access your answers, so keep it private. After submitting, you can download a PDF in the language you used. It contains your own answers without interpretation. After your enquiry, I send an automatic acknowledgement and an optional discovery link. My inbox receives a notification of the new enquiry. You can separately request a PDF copy by email in the discovery form. These messages relate to your enquiry and are not marketing emails. Resend sends them and processes the recipient email address, message contents and any requested PDF. The sending region is Ireland; the provider operates internationally under its own privacy terms. The delivery status and provider message identifier are stored with your enquiry. I do not use open or link tracking. The website retention process cannot delete emails or PDFs kept in your own mailbox.
Hosting and international processing
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and storage infrastructure. These providers operate internationally, including in the United States; access and processing may occur outside your country and outside Oman or the EEA. If I reply using Gmail, Google processes the correspondence. If you choose WhatsApp or another communication service, that service also handles the resulting conversation under its own privacy terms. The enquiry consent includes permission for this international processing. Provider privacy and data-processing terms apply; this website does not promise that all processing stays within one country.
How long I keep it
Personal details expire on the last day of the same calendar month in the following year (Oman time). For example, a September 2026 enquiry expires on 30 September 2027. Expired records are removed before further enquiry access, and maintenance runs on website activity. Only non-identifying choice answers and free text that I have reviewed and anonymised are retained, without a link to your customer record. Unreviewed free text is deleted. You can request earlier deletion. Independent scheduled cleanup is not yet connected. Provider backups and security logs follow their own retention policies.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@mumops.com. This does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information, and exercise any other applicable data-protection rights. I will verify your identity proportionately and respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent may mean I cannot continue responding to your enquiry. You can also contact the relevant supervisory authority, including Oman MTCIT or the Hungarian NAIH.
Website security and statistics
There is no visitor analytics, advertising tracking, fingerprinting or session recording installed. Hosting providers process connection and security information to deliver and protect the site. To limit spam, this form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier and request counter, cleared after expiry when the service next receives a submission. This is not used for visitor profiling.
Please share only what is needed
This form is for adults. Please do not send sensitive information, identity documents, financial account details or identifiable information about children. Do not share another person’s private details without authority.
